Every plant is dug fresh, inspected, and shipped during its proper planting season, so a sale price never means a lower-quality plant.
When Your Plants Will Ship
Each plant ships at the right time for planting, so ship dates vary by plant. The ship date is shown on every product.
- Ships Now: Many perennials, ferns, vines and water plants ship right away.
- Ships Between November 15–29: Most trees and shrubs ship dormant during the fall planting window.
- Ships in Spring: Some fruit trees and spring wildflowers ship in spring, when conditions are best for planting them.

Is the free plant the same quality as the one I pay for?
Yes. Both plants are the same variety and size, grown in the same fields and inspected the same way before shipping.
Can I buy more than two?
Yes. Many plants also come in 5-packs and 25-packs, which lower the price per plant even further. They're ideal for hedges, groves, windbreaks and large garden beds.
Are trees included in the sale?
Yes. Fruit trees, shade trees and flowering trees are all included, including apple, peach, pawpaw, mulberry, red maple, redbud and crepe myrtle.
When will my plants ship?
Each plant ships during its proper planting season, and the ship date is listed on every product. Many perennials and ferns ship now. Most trees ship between November 15 and 29, and some ship in spring.
