Bailey Sons is a Partner and Director of Media and Communications at TN Nursery, a family-owned nursery established in 1959 in Altamont, Tennessee. As the fourth generation of her family to help lead the business, Bailey combines the nursery’s longstanding horticultural heritage with modern marketing and communication strategies.

 She manages media relations, brand messaging, podcast appearances, and public outreach while helping introduce TN Nursery to a new generation of gardeners. Bailey is passionate about preserving her family’s legacy, promoting native plants, and making gardening more accessible to customers nationwide.
