Caring Tips

How do I care for my Coral Red Dogwood?

Each box contains detailed care instructions and information about your product. But here's the basics.

Care Tips

Coral Red Dogwood thrives in well-drained soil and benefits from regular watering, especially during dry spells. Prune to preserve its form and remove any dead wood. Mulch close to the ground to maintain moisture and keep weeds at bay.

Light Requirements

Coral Red Dogwood flourishes in full sun to partial shade. It requires at least 4-6 hours of natural sunlight daily to ensure vibrant foliage and optimal blooming. In shadier conditions, it may have reduced flowering and less intense color.

Good shipping department

Ím a little concerned that some hunters use red twig digwoods for deer feed plots. This may require a higher level of deer control.

Good timing for delivery but tiny

The coral red dogwood arrived packaged well and at an appropriate time for planting but the bare root plants were slender twigs. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Have not planted yet, still too cold at 9400'

Plants arrived in great shape with moist roots, put in dirt filled bucket inside shed under advisement from Karen, will try to plant in hopefully a couple/three more weeks
