Refund policy
1 Year warranty on all plants purchased. We do not accept returns unless a product is dead and we can verify it first.
We do not offer refunds - only in-store credits for verified dead plants.
To verify plant status, we require:
1. Images of dead tree /shrubs
2. You will need to do the scratch test to ensure they are dead, not dormant. Dormant plants look dead when they are not. Please attach an Image documenting the scratch test(s).

All these must be attached to an email addressed to [email protected] or uploaded via our File a Claim page.
